‘Gobbledygook’
Making Dyslexia Visible
Gobbledygook project is a series of large red sculptural works, formed from the letters of the word “gobbledygook,” designed to make dyslexia visible in public space. The word itself is hidden within a complex, intertwined typographic structure, inviting viewers to actively engage with the work while reflecting on how language is experienced differently.
The project aims to challenge stigma around dyslexia and promote a more inclusive understanding of neurodiversity. With approximately 1 in 10 people affected, dyslexia remains widely misunderstood despite its strong links to creativity, innovation, and visual thinking. These sculptures are intended to spark conversation, encourage interaction, and highlight the value of diverse cognitive perspectives within society.
I’m looking for locations, venues, or individuals who can help bring this project to life—whether by offering a space, practical support, or ideas that make dyslexia visible.
